When you contact us, previously requested a free sample video, submit a first-month application, or start a subscription, we may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, business address, website and social-account details, preferred shoot date, business type, active platforms, billing details, and any notes you choose to provide.
Our website and hosting providers may also process basic technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, timestamps, and security or server logs.
