Terms of Service

The ground rules for using our website and working with ReelNearby.

Last updated: September 28, 2026

ReelNearby (“Reel Nearby,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by MenuCraft Studio LLC. These Terms of Service govern your use of reelnearby.com and any services ordered through the website, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

1. Services and eligibility

ReelNearby provides content production and social-media management services for restaurants and other local businesses. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for the business you submit or represent.

2. Applications, scope, and approval

Free sample video requests are no longer available. If you submitted a request before this change, that request did not create a booking, subscription, or charge; contact us for its status.

For website checkout, you must confirm that your restaurant is in one of the listed Atlanta-area cities and provide its name and ZIP code. For a private Stripe checkout invitation, we confirm the service area and order details with you before sending the invitation. Completing Stripe Checkout creates the paid monthly subscription shown there, but does not by itself reserve a filming date. Full payment must be confirmed before we finalize the photographer and filming date. You are responsible for timely access, accurate instructions, and explicit approval of content before publication.

Before filming, we confirm the content directions, dishes, participating staff, and any areas that must not be filmed. You prepare and pay for the food and ingredients used in the shoot. Special parking, toll-road, or out-of-area travel charges are disclosed and agreed before booking.

Once usable filming materials and the necessary restaurant information are available, we confirm the preview and first-draft schedule for your order. First drafts, client approval, and publication are separate stages. Please provide consolidated feedback on each preview batch; we confirm the revision schedule after receiving complete feedback.

Each video includes two revision rounds using existing footage. A third ordinary revision round costs $20 per video and is confirmed before work proceeds. We correct our factual errors without charge or use of an included revision round. Publication requires your explicit approval; no reply is not approval. If required information or client review is delayed, we confirm a revised schedule for the affected work.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. The standard monthly total is $399 for one location, including applicable tax. The specific scope, billing date, and payment terms shown in a proposal, invoice, checkout, or service agreement control for that engagement.

The standard service fee is $399 per month, per location, with a minimum of one complete service cycle and no long-term commitment. We do not charge a one-time setup fee or an additional card-processing fee. The initial amount and any confirmed voucher credit are shown before you authorize payment. Ongoing monthly charges require your explicit agreement; you may stop future renewal before the next charge, and your paid current service continues to completion.

The first service cycle begins on the first actual shoot date. Stripe collects the first payment when you subscribe; later monthly billing follows the first payment date, which can differ from the service cycle start. We confirm the filming schedule after payment.

A subscription without a voucher code starts at $399 per month and does not generate welcome vouchers. If you already have eligible voucher codes, any two different unused codes may be used for a $199 first service month, or one may be used for a $299 first service month. An unused eligible code may be applied to a later service month through our team. Each voucher may be used once and has no cash value. If a voucher has a printed expiration date, that date applies; a voucher without a printed expiration date does not expire. Voucher details and the final amount are confirmed before payment. Full payment is required before the photographer and filming date are finalized.

4. Cancellation and refunds

Payment, cancellation, and refund rules are described in our Refund / Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Any different terms agreed in writing for a specific engagement will control for that engagement.

5. Client materials and permissions

You retain ownership of materials you provide. You grant us the permission reasonably needed to access, edit, reproduce, and publish those materials to perform the agreed services. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions required for the materials, locations, people, trademarks, accounts, music, and instructions you provide.

6. Deliverables and intellectual property

Ownership and usage rights for custom deliverables follow the written scope or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, you may use final approved deliverables for your business after applicable amounts are paid. ReelNearby and its licensors retain ownership of pre-existing tools, templates, methods, software, know-how, and third-party materials.

The standard delivery consists of final videos; raw footage and project files are not included by default. Raw footage is retained for 90 days, and final-video downloads remain available for 12 months. You may continue using delivered final videos for your own restaurant's marketing, subject to the licensed uses of third-party music, fonts, and other materials. ReelNearby obtains separate consent before using your content in its own case studies or advertising; your approval to publish for your restaurant does not grant approval for those separate uses.

7. Social platforms and third parties

Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Stripe, and other third-party services operate under their own terms and policies. We do not control their availability, algorithms, account actions, outages, or policy changes, and we do not guarantee reach, engagement, revenue, rankings, or other platform results.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the website or our services to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, impersonate another person or business, interfere with systems, or submit false or unauthorized information.

9. Disclaimers and limitation

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MenuCraft Studio LLC disclaims implied warranties not expressly stated in a written agreement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MenuCraft Studio LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the website or services.

10. Changes, suspension, and termination

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful activity, security risk, nonpayment, or misuse. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
